Dr. Bryant is a prominent figure in the education sector, committeed to tackling social justice issues at the intersection of education practice and policy.  Launching her career twenty years ago as a New York City Teaching Fellow, she has left an indelible  mark New York's education landscape, serving as an educator, school founder, teacher trainer, Special Assistant to the First Deputy Chancellor, and executive director of the Education Trust-New York.

Dia's leadership proess is widely acknowledged.  She is a strategist with expertise in childcare, economic mobility, curriculum design, postsecondary education, and advocacy.  She actively contributes to the field through the Public Education Leadership Project (PELP) at Harvard Business School, and the McGraw Center at UPenn Graduate School of Education.

Dr. Bryant's expertise has gained significant traction. She has been featured in many publications including the New York Times and Politico. Her considerable achievements have secured her a place in the New York City and State Education Power 100  for three consecutive years.

Dr. Bryant is a Detroit native who holds a Bachelors in Economics from Kalamazoo College, a Masters in Math Education from Brooklyn College, and a Doctorate in Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
